FAQs

How should I use Nomio?

Take one shot 3 hours before a hard session or race, as a hard effort routine.

Your body needs 90 minutes to deplete existing glutathione, then it overproduces - peaking at hour three. That's when you should start your training or race for maximum lactate reduction.

It can also be taken 1 hour before bedtime for recovery. Many professional athletes use Nomio 1-4 times per week.
